                 The benefits of drinking 8 glasses of water a day.
          According to Promax Nutrition, the human body is made up of 55 to 60% water. So, drinking  water is very necessary for the health of your body for several reasons. Water maintains control of the digestive system; also, helps your kidneys eliminate toxins. The people who drink 8 glasses of  water are healthier and have less  likely to get cancer. When you drinking water you can lose weight by curbing you appetite.
       If all the time you feel very tired it could be because you do not drink enough water for that reason the body does not work well, and fatigue is one of the first signs of dehydration. Another point in favor of water is the treatment of headaches and migraines. Headaches and migraines are often caused by dehydration, so, drinking water helps to reduce the headaches. Also the water helps keep the  skin looking good. The skin contains a lot of water, and functions as a protective  barrier to prevent  fluid loss; if you do not drink water, the skin becomes dehydrated.
       There are many people who do not like drinking water, and they don’t know that water can  help keep us alert. If you are going to need to concentrate for long periods of time, drink water to help you stay refreshed, hydrated, and focused because the dehydration can affect your attention and  memory. It also helps us think more clearly because when we do not drink enough water, our brain has to work a lot harder to perform its functions. One study even found that students who brought water  to the tests did better on their exams.
          In adition, the water is very important for the body. So, drink 6 or 8 glasess at day, the health, the concentration and the weight are going to improve.
